Lead, Collaborate, and Grow: Empowering You to Master Skills

Lead: Take charge of a primary project, with full responsibility for planning and execution. You'll also mentor a fellow colleague, teaching them the essentials and guiding them through the process. While you lead, we'll be here to support you every step of the way.

Collaborate: Join forces on another project led by a colleague. Contribute your ideas, foster teamwork, and create something extraordinary together.

Grow: Throughout the year, you'll have the chance to master a wide range of skills tailored to your interests. From embedded systems (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, NODE MCU) and electronic circuit design to component soldering (classic and SMD), PCB fabrication, 3D printing, and coding in Java and Python. You'll also gain hands-on experience with experimental research grade opto mechanics, quantum electronics, and PID feedback control systems. Expert-led workshops, including some from outside TAMU, will help you expand your expertise even further.
